But it happened to Sonic too, and when you look at how Capcom REALLY is treating the franchise
Sure it SEEMS dead but it’s in a way better place than the other mascots

Sometimes being a niche franchise is for the benefit.
Sure, not getting a new game sucks, but as long as your franchise went out on a good note or at least had a VERY great run… you have nothing to worry about.

Sadly, I can kinda agree with this.

I love the guy to death (if you can’t tell by um.. my profile), love him. If they were to make 100 million Classic/X games i’d eat it up, but i can see how it’d be hard to progress the series in a technical way.
