I watched Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Charisma tonight and it might be my favourite of his work at the moment. Just such a delicately delightful story about what one tree means to a handful of people and how conflict breeds and festers and slowly poisons the world around us.

Assassin's Creed really was just fucked after the first entry. AC2 looks and sounds great but the combat was somehow worse than the first and the mission structure was mostly the exact same cookie cutter template repeated again and again. At least in AC1 you could avoid the tailing missions
