Ultimately I really don't know what there is to say about Blue Prince.

It is fresh and not. It is fair and not. It is fun and not.

Exceptional, and overhyped, and still good. I think I'm glad I played it, just to understand it.

Despite Blue Prince being extremely my jam in theory I cannot remember a game I've had to work harder at to try and enjoy. 3 hours in and it's offered me basically nothing.

Wish I was having the experience everyone else seems to be having.

Trump Wasn’t President in 2020 is such an important load-bearing myth in MAGA and American politics more broadly.

And as you know immortality is totally possible because we had a Sith Lord once...before I fucking killed him.

That's a nice argument Chancellor, why don't you back it up with a source.

My source is that I made it the fuck up.

Last week I updated my mega-post "What's wrong with the Cass Review?" with new links to analysis and evidence.

I have no illusions about the current political landscape. It will likely take years to undo Cass' act of sabotage. But I am in this fight for the long haul and hope you are too.

this is totally correct, he’s not invincible and he’s not going to get his way on a bunch of things, and also he constantly lies about what he’s going to do and constantly changes his mind for no good reason.

but I do think a lot of the pushback is going to happen entirely internal to the GOP
Trump ate shit on one of the very first things he tried (the Gaetz nomination) before he even took office again

he will do enormous damage but he is not invincible and the more friction we can put in his way the less he will do

it is what it is now, fighting back is the only viable option
Yeah. I am very much on the verge of just blocking people who say "meh, the rule of law no longer matters" or "they're just going to do what they want" etc.

They can try, but accepting it as given, means giving up.

Stop trying to make everyone give up fighting for basic rights.

The best was Quest for Glory 1 where trying to pick your nose would make the character attempt to use a lock pick to do it.

At low skill levels you got a game over due to cerebral haemorrhage and at high skill levels you got a message saying SUCCESS! YOUR NOSE IS NOW OPEN.
an easy way to tell if a point-and-click adventure game is good is to click on LOOK and then click on a toilet, if your character drowns trying to look down the toilet it is a good one.
