i hate that when people mean "self prioritizing mental health" it stopped meaning "I need space to help myself heal" to "I'm going to remove everything including people who are very mentally vulnerable, from my proximity because they are an inconvenience to me personally."

Braiding the first bit of your hair helps keep it behind your head. Learned this after years of ponytails only doing so much to keep my hair where I want it
I've only had long hair for a little whole now, but holy hell, how do people stand it not being tucked behind their ears? 90% of my caloric intake goes towards tucking my hair behind my ears now.
