I'm sorry, I remember being in university and being upset with $50 CAD per article rates -- a going rate at many a blog. Truly wild to me that people are trying to justify $30 US per article. No journalism is worth that little, even a blog post.

I had the same reaction. Mamdani is such a threat in their view that they had to essentially reverse their non-endorsement policy. If Cuomo was cruising to victory, I doubt this piece would be written.
NYT Ed Board said last year that they aren’t doing local endorsements anymore, but they couldn’t help themselves from writing a gross roundabout endorsement of Cuomo.

Plenty of legitimate room to criticize CNN’s coverage, but the video below edits out Burnett midsentence clearly identifying the blue rubber bullets as being fired by police
