Holy migraine. Chronic migraines are awful. I felt one starting a few hours into work and emergency meds did not work. I have been mostly asleep sincr 10pm last night (woke up to call out this afternoon) and I am in postdrome. Finally. And still foggy.

But it is essentially this recipe linked with the flowing mods:
Reduce flour to 5 3/4 cups
Rest the dough for at least 3 days.
Don't freeze the cut pieces.
Reduce cooking time to 10-12 mins.

I don't have a lot of energy nowadays, but Iove sharing.
Share your knowledge if/when you can. Teaching other people how to do what you do doesn’t lessen your art - it just means more and better art for everyone.
I appreciate when people are willing to tell me about their brushes, how they study, etc… I want to put that back out into the world.

A male rock ptarmigan (Lagopus muta) in winter plumage.
Ptarmigan is from Gaelic 'tarmachan' meaning "croaker". The p- was added when people mistakenly assumed it was a Greek word.
