“Repaired” my worn, sagging couch cushions (that also had the eternal stench of cat pee) by simply hacking them in half with a pumpkin carver, cutting new upholstery foam badly, using the wrong thickness of foam, hacking apart my patio cushions, hot gluing them together, and gluing quilt batting on.
