Ballot propositions and direct democracy leave me scratching my head. They seem just as susceptible to manipulation by entrenched interests, but also are much harder to undo when we realize we've made a mistake... Seems like a wacky way to govern ourselves.

Feature request for SaaS platforms that is way less of a pain than full BYOK. For highly sensitive data fields - imagine an HR platform storing SSNs - let me give you a key and all API responses where I ask for those fields the data is returned field-level encrypted.
