So he prepared, enacting new laws to make sure the people favour him. Drawing up battle plans for when they would come. For he wouldn't give up control, not to anyone. Not when he finally had his Earth.

He had taken advantage of the chaos that had followed the death of Richards, and the subsequent return of him. The Four were in shambles, unstable. The Avengers non-existent. The X-Men, to busy with keeping to themselves.

Strategizing. This first phase, first big part of his plans had gone off without a major hitch. And no heroes had tried to confront him. Tried to figure out how he did it. But Doom wasn't stupid, he knew it was only a matter of time before they made their move

No longer would the people be forced to starve on sleep in the streets. And no one would be there to oppose his rule either.

Days. Doom has been sitting atop his new throne, at the castle in the new capital of the world. Doomstadt.

Doom wouldn't allow them to destroy each other. Yet again Doom provides something which no hero could.

The rest of the changes were miniscule, easy to fix. Food and water available to everyone, housing made free.

This was the first of Doom's changes, an end to crime. Something which none of the so called heroes could do. Daily Doombots would patrol, and protect the new citizens under Doom's rule

The second of Doom's changes came as all ongoing wars ceased between countries. Now that they were all one,
