ESSL has been going through many of these tornadoes and rating them the past few days. I'm hoping that the #tornado paths in JAO (Jewish Autonomous Oblast) will be updated and/or added along with the rest of them since they are some of the most significant tornadoes to ever affect that area

#Tornado path on satellite east of the city of Vologda in Russia.
Occurred some time after May 25 this year, with a discernable path length of 14.5 km and max discernable width of around 630 m.

Radar scan for the storm that produced the deadly Ermont #Tornado north of Paris today. Unfortunately since the Trappes radar tower is unoperational this is the best we can get in terms of data quality. Still, a contamianted meso is visible on the storm's base with velocity.

Tornadoes in France today. At least one death and 9 injuries, unfortunate but somewhat inevitable when a significant tornado (seems to be at least an IF2 to me) strikes such a populated area. Europe has a severe lack of tornado awareness and when a violent one will strike a highly populated area...

OTD in 1961 the Ragusa province woke up to destruction, as a powerful overnight tornado came from the sea and ran for about 40 km up to Giarratana causing very heavy damage, killing 7 people and injuring 20+ more. At least three more tornadoes occurred in those days in Italy
