The people who want violent protests to happen are Trump, Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, Pete Hegseth, Tom Homan, and other senior appointees in his admin. They are doing everything they possibly can to provoke people to violence and it is obvious that is what they hope for daily.

I read it more darkly. They are trying to inspire one of their “more guns than IQ” meatheads to go off at one of the protests, and will then blame the violence and chaos on the left, necessitating martial law. Still, I’m planning to show up. We need this to be big

So, for purely ideological reasons, they want a mom to bring her baby in for three visits (3 copays, 3 partial days out of work, 3 needle sticks) to accomplish what can currently be done in one visit. This is to try to depress compliance. They want your kid to suffer.
