i don't even know why. i'm not old enough to remember the first cold war. I've literally only ever heard air raid sirens once back in the States, when the ones in SF got tested. i shouldn't even have this "oh shit oh fuck we're all gonna die" reaction

there is this thing German towns do where they set off the goddamned air raid sirens every time there's a fire. I am kind of used to it but still every time it happens there's this moment of "oh fuck has the eastern bloc finally gotten sick our bullshit"

this is interesting. i was running my "insterstellar economy simulator" test on Steam (a GLM-4.5 Air finetune) and it decided on its own to generate names from a CV syllabary, rather than simply using a number or a placeholder. i haven't seen this behavior before

do not use permissive licenses. this is always the end result when something worthwhile is open-sourced without copyleft protections. the AGPL exists for a reason
