Transparency International on Nathan Gill's bribery sentencing:

It raises a "broader concern about the currently legal practice of politicians accepting outside funding...and the inherent conflict this creates between their duty to serve the public, and the private interests of their funders." 💯

No judge of character, nor of COVID rules
Rachel Johnson defending her brother on @lbc.co.uk currently just blamed the "statest establishment" for the failures.

"He's getting all the blame and none of the credit" and "he did his best."

Really Rachel? Well his best was appalling. This wasn't a gold club tombola. It was a pandemic.

What a joke of a headline. The first person Farage would have to root out would be himself. Next would come Arron Banks for his Russian embassy visits and shilling for Putin.

Greetings from Kyiv.

I’ve just listened to Zelenskyy’s address to the Ukrainian people.
My opinion?

This man knows what is right.
Ukraine is under enormous pressure from the current US administration.
Zelenskyy made it clear: he wants a decent peace. We all do.

Decent peace is not capitulation.

The deal we had was the envy of many. Pity we didn’t value it, or the benefits of the EU. By focusing on the contributions paid to belong, and the fictional £350 million the NHS would be getting thanks to liar Johnson and the blind man of Barnard Castle, Cummings, the ongoing harms will b a hard fix
1. Although, like me, people are clearly frustrated by Brexit….

…the problem with expecting the UK to spend decades on the naughty step, is that it further delays the process of closer alignment with Europe.

It’s quite incredible
VERY funny that Labour are being pointlessly cruel and haemorrhaging support from their base and yet none of what they're offering is ever going to be enough for the people whose approval they're seeking, WHO could have predicted it
