Rewatching Curb Your Enthusiasm (never saw past season 8 before) and I’m just into season 7 and my two notes are: Leon Black is the best thing to happen to the show, and, the way they write off Loretta Black, particularly after the season 6 finale’s promise of a new life for Larry, is disappointing.

Riot’s league client is so shit on Mac I’ve had to resort to using a PC and holy shit balls its updates are automatic and freeze the entire system and even when it’s on pause and I disable the auto updater it still secretly updates and I can’t run anything it’s like I’m sharing the PC on a timeshare

I love “the issue is either you kill lots of muppets or you have Blanc without a whodunnit” that is so insightful BUT I think the solution may be to do it like Columbo; muppets aren’t victims or suspects but help Blanc annoy an arrogant criminal until they break

It’s amazing how the biggest complaint of the cinema in yesteryear was bad audiences ruining it with talking and snarky comments yet those people now have YouTube channels and because the price of cinema has gone up, people would rather hear the bad audience takes than watch the movie.

I saw this video short of a guy trying to buy just the case at GameStop and it seems to be... a thing? Why? I did a search but no real answer, just more questions on if you can do this. Why would anyone want to pay just for the case?

I think it’s worth adding that not only are the buttons the other way round, but you’re constantly told everywhere that’s how the buttons HAVE to be and if you do anything, even something as small as holding the controller upside down just SOME of the time, you should no longer exist
It's like having your B button be jump and your A button being attack. You've had to live with it and suck it up, but you know it's wrong and are truly unhappy with it. Then you discover button mapping, letting you to fix things. Suddenly your sorrow turns to elation as things finally feel right.

I honestly don’t understand why DC comics don’t just print @yalestewart.bsky.social’s JL8 and pay him out of that. He’s doing it for free. He’s losing money making it. All you have to do DC is press ctrl+P. You’ll make a bunch of money. Or license it to scholastic and take a cut for doing *nothing*

I think they should do a new Bond called ONLY THE GOOD DIE YOUNG introducing Bond’s son who opines endlessly about how he can’t live up to his father’s legacy for 150 minutes, with everyone agreeing with him, until he triumphantly state “I’m my own man” as the Bond theme plays for the first time

As someone who always enjoyed mono-red aggro, I had never heard of Screaming Nemesis until today and I would like to say that I hate that card. There is no reason for that card to be a 2R 3/3 haste with upside nor shut down life gain forever. It’s a stupid “solve all my own problems” card I hate it
