While royalties might seem like great passive income, apparently you can make $400/year w/10k in high yield savings account (I know, who can afford for that much money to just...sit). But considering that's more than I make in royalties on my first 3 books now, the comparison is depressing.

No, I 100% agree that computer RPGs these days have too much handholding. I, too, yearn for the days of being able to spend hours crafting my perfect build from hundreds of available options, only to discover that it mathematically cannot survive the mandatory rat fight portion of the first dungeon.

Looking at money i need I've started resorting to my ancient pokemon cards. The issue is how to sell online where i get money and its not scalping. I've gotten 2 leads. Looking up one card i found randomly ungraded it goes for $210. This one has melted candy on it so discount, but still sweet.
