Starscream is so...moe...
I've seen a lot of G1 episodes both more recently and with my dad a decade and a half ago, and nothing really tops this level of expression for Starscream in particular. Makes me wonder who at what animation studio (Toei? Ashi? Nakamura?) drew these shots.

While the reference to "human" seems a bit out of place, the truth is that Disney characters are just people, not really anthropomorphic animals in the same way as Bugs Bunny.
It's why Mickey and Minnie aren't depicted as cheese-obsessed. It also explains the dichotomy between Goofy and Pluto.
