He was UNARMED before any of the shots were fired.

A Belgian newspaper just flew a reporter over to do a George Floyd themed story (3 1/2 years later) and it never ceases to amaze me how infamous Minneapolis is for this and how little urgency the political establishment has ever seemed to feel about it.
