If men with guns and masks tried to pull me out of my car, I'd fight back. Courts should reject any claims by the government that this is aggression by the person being detained, resisting arrest, or that they're a flight risk.

We watched 2 fiery skippers chase an Allen's Hb out of its territory. Also saw one chase a Peregrine Falcon (who stopped soaring and took off).
They're territorial and sometimes quite nasty, but will coordinate toward dusk so everybody can get tanked up for overnight.

US farmers are saying they "just need temporary help, until things get better."

Here's the thing. US farm exports- which are mostly soy- CANNOT get better.

Other countries expanded their soy industries to fill China's demand.

We've walled ourselves out of the global market, folks. This is it.

I had a friend who scoffed at global warming. My comment to her was "Climate change is here, it's real. We can argue causality but not that fact that the climate is changing." She had no answer.

As I understand, Drumpf filing this as a *private citizen* would have meant he'd be subject to discovery, that his "presidential immunity" wouldn't protect him. While I agree it was a frivolous lawsuit, it would have been fun to see him try to backpedal and invoke immunity.
