The thing about doing a legal thing in foreign waters (I'm hearing there was a court order in place for the seizure of the tanker) after doing around 90 MURDERS of occupants of other boats in foreign waters that may or may not have had drugs on them, is that no one is going to believe it's legal.

It's an 8 hour drive, plus accommodation.
She is a low income person who doesn't drive.
She may have to cancel this appointment because she can't afford to get there.
