For what it's worth, the Nobel Peace Prize was decided weeks ago. Trump and his team know that. They know he's not going to get it. But announcing this deal right before the new laureate will be revealed allows him to play a victim and pretend it's rigged.

Let me be clear: It’s ILLEGAL to deny federal workers back pay after a shutdown.

There’s a 2019 law that guarantees it, but Trump is once again trying to break the law.

You don’t get to punish people for doing their jobs just because you’re failing at yours.

When Trump was asked about Ghislaine Maxwell today, he said, “I haven’t heard the name in so long…”. This is an obvious & absurd lie. What makes it pathological is that it is unnecessary. Trump lies even when it gives him no benefit. Our nation is in peril because this man is incapable of truth.

President bonespurs needs to be told that those are not “his” generals. They serve all the US, including democrats. But he only has incompetent, spineless sycophants who wouldn’t dare tell him the truth. The silence of the generals should be a clue, but Trump is too vain & ignorant to get that.

No Democrat should vote to keep the government open unless ACA funding is restored for the millions of Americans at risk of losing health coverage next year.

Remember that this funding is on the chopping block because Trump and Republicans want to give the richest Americans a giant tax cut.

Health insurance costs are about to rise by a record amount.

This is happening after the seven largest publicly traded health insurance companies reported a combined $71 BILLION in profits in 2024.

Instead of addressing this, Trump is spreading misinformation about Tylenol.
