Saw a post asking if people use a controller to read visual novels so I wanted to reshare my Steam Controller setup which works with basically any VN on PC.
The two trackpads, one as a scroll wheel to access backlog and the other as a mouse, are exceptionally convenient.

The director of Chainsawman Season 1 getting dropped because people both in studio and out disliked the adaptation was probably good for that series but unfortunately has made the average viewer think if they collectively whine enough they can get any director fired.

Smaller budget games and 40$ releases sure won't fix the loss of institutional knowledge from firing everyone the moment a game launches or everybody being broke as fuck+the majority consumer buying (1) game a year, this is enthusiasts going "I would like the market to be nicer for enthusiasts"

I'm not gonna interact with that big post but I always thought "AAA needs to cut the budgets and start making more, cheaper games" was more about trying to get the single-A smaller franchises back over Fixing The Entire Industry. It's shorthand for "man what if the franchises I like released games"
