Anyone seen a reliable post on here about how to help on the ground organizations based in Ohio that are serving and protecting the Haitian community there? Ways to support community self defense? I’d personally love to circulate that.

This was the image when everything came together and I "got it." I had been trying - in vain, for YEARS - to capture an "adequate" image of the Andromeda Galaxy.

Not quite three years ago, I finally (!!!) succeeded in producing this image.

Perfect? No. Did feel good about what I'd captured? YES.

What's unique and delicious and has tremendous protein value? Major Benest is here to help back in 1977 with this superb TV commercial shown on ITV in the Channel Islands (Channel Television). Indeed the Major's voice could be regularly heard on Benest's ads into the 1990s even if no longer seen.
