At the gym on a Sunday evening - The joys of having a week off work! 🙏

My heartrate has been so low over the past week, and I've been #pacing so effectively, that I'm miles behind my daily #VisibleHealth pacesetter.

It's great to be able to actually *EXERCISE* a little.

The UK was declared measles free in 2017.

Vaccine programs completely eliminated it.

Since then, pro sickness conspiracy theorists and anti science idiots have enabled its return.
“Seven schools and a nursery have reported more than 60 suspected cases of measles in an area of north London, and labs have confirmed 34 cases since January 12. Some children have been treated in hospital.”

Intensely worrying for people with babies under one!
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Health officials are racing to contain a growing measles outbreak in London, which has struck down dozens of young children and affected 7 schools and a nursery.

UKHSA has warned an outbreak across London could see 40,000 - 160,000 cases:

9 hours 43 min Sedentary today

The ‘success’ of antivaccine activists

Inevitability there will be lasting harm, but those responsible won’t ever accept that their ignorance and untruths caused this

"1 in 5 children have been hospitalised due to measles and all of them had not been fully immunised.

'Fast-spreading' measles outbreak in north London leaves over 60 children infected
Health authorities are urging families to vaccinate their children against measles as a surge in cases in several Enfield and Haringey schools threatens to spark a widespread outbreak.

The consequences of letting unmitigated airborne disease transmission throughout society. Covid causes immune dysregulation, & is a cardiovascular disease. It makes you susceptible to other infections, at higher risk of heart attack or stroke after infection. But, we now have normalised dysfunction.

You’re doing way more than most people are. You’re a good example of living by your values. And you’re also talking about it.

We don’t have to be saints but we can all do better. 👍👍👍

6 years ago. I was taken away on holiday - a flight to #Athens - and I felt the #flygskam (Flight Shame).

3 years ago was my 50th Birthday treat to #Santorini.

We've taken no flights since then, yet I still feel the #FlightShame, considering their big impact on #GlobalHeating 🤔

Looking back at this thread, I clearly wasn't!

But I was being treated to a once-in-a-lifetime trip to #Santorini ❤️

I was in limbo post-Pulmonary-Embolism and confused with what on Earth had happened with my body.

A&E had turned me away; deep breathing into my functioning left lung raised my SpO2 (blood oxygen levels).

Result! 😄

#EliteHRV Readines back up to 8 out of 10, with much better balance between PNS & SNS ✔️

RMSSD much reduced and back to 'normal' ✔️

PNN50 still high 🤔

"Data not available"?

How many centuries ago did we establish that it's a good idea to have accurate, timely data on factors that can contribute to major infectious disease outbreaks?
