This year I was invited to attend a Remembrance Service with a difference at the Vintage Tractor Show at Newark Showground by Nottinghamshire Agricultural Society. It certainly made a change from St Mary's, Notts and was beautifully done by all involved.

I'm at the stage now where I'm seeing some of my pre-seizure activities, mainly to do with my military associations, as being monumentally pointless energy vampires. Focusing on the enjoyable ones (two in total) is quite liberating to be honest.
