My NHS dentist is an arsehole: been putting off treatment I need for two years and trying to fob me off onto the dental hospital (who won't touch it).

I know it's due to funding formulas, but if they won't do expensive treatments they shouldn't be NHS

She's off to a friend's on Godflesh night, so Guinness, noise and the hotel room to myself on the Thursday. Magic.
