The Alberta oil & gas industry could be a key pillar of a long term sustainable future but, greed = short term thinking. Alberta needs another export pipeline like it needs to poison the water supply on the eastern slopes of the Rockies all UCP goals. Losing value added production and jobs.

The alternative to old bungalows being torn down and replaced by a number of condos or townhomes that costs roughly the same is the old bungalow being torn down and replaced by a large house that costs 3x as much.
This is literally what happened before rezoning
