New doctor went fine, which is a big relief. Just a small discussion about moving me to Descovy which is unlikely given insurance but no real issues otherwise. Weight was never mentioned. Thank you especially to @rustyjuggs.bsky.social for the support and hand holding.

Taking a walk to get some air and a random lost elderly woman asks me for directions and I end up having to troubleshoot her iPhone to get the map working right. I thought I was bad when I accidentally troubleshot a Costco Checkout register but this is just silly. I must emit some kind of field.

A day and a half later and I'm mostly back to normal. Doing my digestive system hard reset but fever and aches are gone and appatite is back so I'll take it.

For Christmas I got a cold or the flu or Covid or something, whatever it is wiped me out hard last night. Better this morning, but ooof. Glad I have the next few days off at least.
