While I think it's unlikely Trump will win, I'm personally not bracing.

The prize is always controversial and is often granted to leaders who don't lean in the direction of peace on the scale between causing more conflict or peace.

Then this morning I woke up to the news that we, out of hundreds of applications have been recognized as one of the top 50 for the 100 Pitches Norway competition organized by Startuplab and DNB - it's Norway’s largest pitching competition for investor-ready startups, so that's exciting!

We're documenting hate and violent extremism globally - including in the US. One challenge is that the data sources are under direct attack, through defunding of the GTDB, attacks on the SPLC, etc. I noted some thoughts on it last week, but much more work is needed.

Tatooine was filmed in Djerba, Matmata, Sidi Bouhlel, Tozeur, Ksar Ouled Soltane, and Ksar Hadada, Ghomrassen and named after Tataween, which are in Tunisia but largely belong to the At Willol region of the Amazigh people, which my wife is from, albeit from Zuwara which currently is in Libya.
