If anyone can be labeled a domestic terrorist for speech opposing this administration, our First Amendment rights are under grave threat.

I spoke to @nickturse.bsky.social about how, using NSPM-7, the Trump administration is trying to silence and intimidate those who speak out against its excesses.
“If we’re going to say it’s OK to kill so-called terrorists in the Caribbean, for actions that have traditionally been dealt with as a criminal matter, using due process — what’s to say you can’t do the same in an American city?” asked @scanlon.house.gov

Trump Calls His Enemies Terrorists. Does That Mean He Can Just Kill Them?
From boat strikes to killings in the streets of Minnesota to NSPM-7, the White House leans on the word “terror” to justify its violence.

A good thing happened today: Haitians in Springfield, Ohio and elsewhere are (for now) safe from the planned ethnic cleansing operation. This happened because people came together — organizers, reporters, and those who care — and made it happen. Let’s take the win and continue the work.

Trump’s name is mentioned over and over again in the new Epstein release. The DOJ would like you to believe they are “sensationalized”.
The truth is the have never been investigated or found false. The DOJ’s only job was to release the files.

This doesn’t look good
This is bad!

Wholesale prices just spiked way above expectations. PPI up 0.5% in one month, core PPI up 0.7% when experts expected 0.3%.

Translation: costs that hit companies are climbing fast, and they do not magically disappear. They get passed straight to you and me.

How many other cases have gone under the radar through our judicial system?
A federal judge has temporarily blocked the deportation of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos and his father.

In his order, Judge Fred Biery told the federal government that it could not move the boy or his father out of his court's jurisdiction while they challenged their detention.
