Norway has proposed Snowy Owl be added to Convention on Migratory Species Appendix II, at #CMSCOP15 (Brazil, March 2026), as a species of unfavourable conservation status requiring international agreement for its conservation. @cms.int Scientific Council will evaluate the proposal this week in Bonn.
