Just found out my two fave celebs are holed up living in the Bahamas, the “definitely not creepy” Cliff & “See You Jimmy” Abbot. Cliff’s still touring at 85, that mans running on the preserved energy of decades of being single. Cliffs not ageing anymore, he’s just buffering.

This why you should never do an AOTY list before the end of December. This album would 100% be on mine.
I just listened to this for the first time, and all I can say is that I’ll definitely be coming back to it. Say what you will, but this young artist has created a truly beautiful piece of work. This album is going to be a real gateway into classical music for a whole new generation of listeners.💚

One thing I learned growing up listening to bands like Yes, Rush & Vangelis is how to be properly thick skinned. If I had a quid for every time someone took the piss out of me for it, I’d have a personal assistant typing this out for me right now.
