In most states you have 2 deadlines: Enroll by 12/15 for coverage starting Jan. 1st; enroll between 12/16 - 1/15 for coverage starting Feb. 1st.
Again, some exceptions:
--IDAHO: 12/15 is the ONLY deadline (1/01 coverage)
