Long COVID symptoms can last a long time. Years. Even after a mild bout of acute COVID.
Long COVID sucks.
If you don’t get COVID you can’t get long COVID.
So don’t get COVID.
Get vaccinated.
Wear an N95.
Clean the air we all breathe.

Patients with long COVID in the US reported far higher rates of brain fog, depression and cognitive symptoms than patients in the other countries.

The higher US symptom burden may reflect lower stigma and greater access to neurological and mental health care, rather than more severe disease.
Why US leads world in long COVID-19 related brain fog
A study of patients in the United States, Colombia, Nigeria and India is first to compare long COVID-19 brain symptoms across continents.

Could Covid be causing kidney failure in cats and dogs?

I just learned of another pet that had to be put down as a result of kidney failure - the fourth such case in 6 months.

I don’t recall there ever having been so many pet deaths in my circle in such a short period of time.
