It's important to remember that this isn't just for this year's pride, but our voices are important to ensure we get an event next year and for the years to come. Our resistance is what got us the space to exist in society in the first place. We must continue to resist and struggle together

What does Pride in OSRS mean to you?

Runescape was one of the very first communities where I began to discover myself as a kid, through adventures in a new world, fantastic stories that showed me I could be and do anything, and amazing friends and fellow adventurers I've met along the way.

I take pride in calling Gielinor a forever home-away-from-home, just as I take pride in the person I've grown into after traveling through this world over so many years. This community shaped my queer journey in more ways than I can count, and I know I'm not alone in that experience. It's something we should all get to celebrate together as a community.

Pride in OSRS shows that Jagex takes pride in us too. Deliberately throwing that celebration away washes us away right with it.
