I got hit with an Aura on 12/30/25. I've been mute since. Still had a decent, albeit calmer New Year's gathering with my friends and family. Such is the life of Sleep Epilepsy. And Aura is a term for a 'mild' seizure which doesn't require an ER visit. Happy New Year, be loud however you can!

This is weird. I grew up with daily warnings for building & car bombings in the 80's West Germany. People dying to run across mine filled fields of USSR Czechlands. Since 2nd grade, survival & first aide training with bug outs annually. And yet, they don't do more than 'prayers' here in USA.
