Blow this up big and watch it full screen. The ICE piece of shit clearly has time to square his body to take the shot. This isn't something you do if you're in fear of being hit by a car. Had he simply moved the car wouldn't have touched him. Instead he took time to square up. Well aimed murder.

Wow, @signal.org why can't I link a tablet? I assume the idea was to prevent side channel by linking another "mobile" device but we live in a world of laptops, cyberdecks, and steam decks. If the attacker has access to the main device this arbitrary limitation isn't stopping them.
