What I don’t understand is the statement that the hedgerows prevented people seeing what was happening here. There just have been multiple massive dumper trucks going in and out of this site, right? Did no one think that odd?
Environment Agency lumbering into action, but this must have been building up over some time
Oxfordshire waste mountain by River Cherwell declared critical incident
Additional officers are being deployed to manage the site and hunt for those responsible in what's been called 'Operation Nation'.
