My favourite part about writing something substantive is that moment where you realise you have your story. The meat and the emotion of it are there. From that point, it's just all about refining and tightening. Love that.

There was always going to be a winner. They did more to win it than we did. No complaints about the result. Plenty of complaints about the performance of half a dozen individuals and exactly what the fuck the manager is trying to do in all facets of the game. He's absolutely spaffing it.
