No question, #LFC are in a rut right now, but I'm not entirely convinced that sacking the manager alone is enough to get us out of it. Slot isn't helping himself at times, but it will take more than just replacing him to turn it around. More: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

Is Arne Slot's time at Anfield coming to an end? We can't keep losing, but I'm not ready to pin the blame entirely on the Dutchman just yet. He's got plenty wrong, but he's been unlucky & is working with a squad in mourning. Read more here: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

Arne Slot is under pressure, there's no question about that. Quite how much pressure he should be under is a matter of debate, but there's no doubt that #LFC are in a rut right now. Too many people are ignoring the death of Jota when it comes to why. More: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

The problem with climate change is we have to convince a bunch of people that future people are actual people, when they don't even believe some currently alive people are people.

My latest. Trying to make some sort of sense of it all.
Is Arne Slot's time at #LFC coming to an end? The manager is under pressure, having lost 6 out of 7 Premier League games, the same amount as the 58 games before this run. The Reds are struggling to find any form, but is that entirely down to him? Read more: www.andcouldheplay.com/is-slots-tim...

Conor Bradley set to miss the next three weeks. Florian Wirtz won't be "that long", Arne Slot says. Jeremie Frimpong not available for the next couple of weeks.

Do you mean to tell me that the most incompetent government of my lifetime was the worst possible group of people to be in charge at the worst possible moment?

Who could possibly have seen that coming?

Sadly, people on here are just shouting into the void on this topic. Too many people have decided they’ve got too many followers on Twitter to walk away, so they’d rather just be complicit in this bullshit.
“But I have to enable Holocaust denialism because my favorite sports reporters are there”
I haven’t seen this get covered in English yet so let me translate.

Any analysis of #LFC this season that doesn’t talk about the impact of losing Jota on the team shouldn’t be taken seriously. We can all be frustrated with them for losing matches, but the death of one of their mates in such utterly horrific circumstances looms large over every single performance.
New on Always Liverpool | Andy Robertson's moment, both beautiful and devastating, told us everything about how Liverpool's players are still coping with the loss of their dear Diogo. We haven't afforded them enough grace.

Cruel. Callous. Cowardly.

The public are seeing this Labour government for exactly who they are.

We all have a responsibility to make them pay at the ballot box.

Reject the hate. Reject them.

This is not who we are. Let's make hope normal again.

Labour will never be right-wing enough to appeal to the people who are going to vote Reform. Meanwhile, all shit like this does is drive people like me towards the Greens. This government has wasted the biggest opportunity for change I can remember by kowtowing to Farage & his wannabe Nazis.

This is a Labour MP.

His timeline is *full* of Reform-esque, anti-immigrant rhetoric.

And he clearly has no idea what 'communism' actually is.

Tell me again why anbody with a modicum of compassion, empathy and moral fortitude should consider voting for these people.

The BBC is the biggest thump of soft power the UK has and its reach and influence to the benefit of the country is extraordinary. Destroy it, hugely damage the UK. The same people who helped weaken us over Brexit are seeking to do it again.
Interesting to see so many great British patriots right now begging an American president to bankrupt one of Britain’s last remaining truly national institutions.
