Couldn't agree more. That was the death of them, before the inception had even really began. Tbh, probably better that it happened then and not down the line as well.

Anyone know what this game is? Was watching last night in Siagon. Unreal technique, especially from the fella knocking a triple scorpion kick out like it's nothing at all, there. Absolute baller.

Telling that all Yusuf had to throw back at him was the breast enlargement story from years back. It really underlines the failure of the media and politicians in general as well, that Zack directly challenging Reform and the right feels as utterly refreshing as it does.

The Nobel Committee has decided to award the 2025 #NobelPeacePrize to Maria Corina Machado for her tireless work promoting democratic rights for the people of Venezuela and for her struggle to achieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.

That couldn’t be more apt.

I have to say, it’s great to see Reform being called out for exactly what they are and what they do by Zak Polanski on #questiontime

Yeah, i think you're right on that.

Couldn't agree more. I was initially hopeful for Your Party, possibly through desperation for something to get behind, and wanting it to work, rather than necessarily believing that it would, but they've been a slow moving car crash.

Latest poll puts Greens just two points behind Labour. When I said we weren't here to be disappointed in Labour but to replace them, I meant it.

Join us and let's make hope normal again.

Poll from find out now showing greens on 15 and labour and Tories on 17. Reform on 32.

“Why haven’t the protests against successive governments’ complicity in genocide stopped”, a mystery that is apparently beyond our finest political minds to fathom

I wish it was harder to discredit Starmer and the current Labour Party.

Hope he's busy practising his Spanish.

Was that a gamestate thing, given we were behind? Perhaps. But we were behind for a period with Kerkez on the pitch, too, and he didn't do what Robbo did. My instinctively theory is we're seeing a bit of the process we saw when Jones came up to the first team. Establish the foundations, and build.
grobbelrevell.bsky.social
I think the interesting point on this is how Kerkez has been deployed, which appears to be the inverse of what we saw from him last season at Bournemouth. You have to assume that's on instruction, given the consistency of it. And yet, Robbo comes on last weekend and immediately plays like Kerkez 1.0

If in no way surprising. We know how they act. But that also comes back to Trent and him very clearly being told to string us along and run his contract down. If anybody can't see that duplicity, and therefore the reason for the ill feeling towards him, is frankly blind. Anyway...

I must say I think there is a level of hypocrisy in this, which as time has passed is being forgotten somewhat; Gerrard was *very* close to moving to Chelsea, which would have been way worse than Real Madrid. His line about what Real wanted him to do to 'manufacture' that move was interesting, too.

Well done for standing by your principles on this. Too few willing to do the same.

Simon Jordan on TalkSport, unchallenged yet again.

As a Talksport employee, I am embarrassed by this rebuttal of what Neville said. This moron pontificates without question. It is bonkers.

And yeah, i'll probably be sacked. Fuck it.

Le Tissier is attacking you. Sure sign you're on the right side of things, frankly.

If he gets people excited enough, I reckon a lot of that happens organically. And it probably won't take loads to get people excited either, because the bar has been so unbelievably low for so long.

Including, by the way, the same folk claiming to fight for 'freedom of speech', demanding that he be punished and/or sacked for - *checks notes* - speaking freely.

I never believed it, tbh. But I did hope that I was wrong. I find it genuinely bananas that anyone is buying his latest shift of position at conference. So clearly not acting in good faith.
grobbelrevell.bsky.social
Among the most disingenuous pricks I can recall coming across. And I wanted him to do well initially. Stupidly ignoring my own eyes and holding out foolish, misguided hope that maybe, possibly, there was some sort of intention to move in the right direction once in power. Not a whiff of it.
