Everyone vote for the most progressive candidate you can today so Dick Cheney has to watch his nightmare unfold on land as he sinks down into hell

Times like right now, I really hope hell exists.

He should have died in The Hague.

"They're politicians, what are they supposed to do? Literally fight in the streets?"

Unashamed to say this made me cry.
Karina Villa protecting her constituents by literally running ICE off the streets in West Chicago and yelling to residents to stay inside their homes.

I found this pain scale for chronic pain and it’s the most accurate one I’ve ever seen.

I’m always at a distressing or unmanageable. I dream of a day it is just distracting.

Problematic Summer Romance was so fucking good (hence the whole posting at 2:18 am).

It was just so fun.

WHAT?!?!? HOW?!?!?

The first award of the night that I’m actually mad about.

I just love Darren Criss. He’s a theater fan boy through and through.

What a lovely speech.

I just listened to the cast album of Real Women Have Curves and it is incredible!!!

I still remember the first time I saw the movie - really wish I could see this show.

Not sure if this is nostalgia bias but as much as I liked the nominees that I saw, it really does not feel like the telecast is helping sell these shows the way it did when I was younger (bad sound mix, wonky camera work, odd song selections, etc.)
For a season y'all say is one of the strongest in a while, but with #TonyAwards sound problems, these musical performances showcases are NOT selling most of these shows.

Audra on a full 20 out of 10.

On what PLANET could anyone claim that Nicole was better than THAT?!?!?

Audra is the most talented performer to ever grace the stage. I feel lucky to be alive at the same time as her.
AUDRA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Or even better - Norm Lewis should have sung “Anytime”.

THAT would have been perfect.
What the hell wasn’t the In Memorium song “What Would I Do?”

I mean, I know everyone would be puddles on the floor, but it would have perfect.

I really want to see Dead Outlaw. And Floyd Collins. And Maybe Happy Endings. And Pirates! And all the shows that haven’t performed yet.

I can’t even afford them if I win the lotteries for them 😭😭😭

Weird song choice for In Memorium. But thinking about Gavin Creel is making me cry.

I knew I would enjoy the Hamilton performance. But that transported me back to the first time I heard that cast album. I’m in awe of all of them all over again.

not the main issue here but i'd really appreciate it if democratic politicians spoke out in support of big-city life and culture with the same energy and reverence that all politicians have for small towns

los angeles is "real america" and so are all the other big cities the president hates
