I think you're right (we give ourselves gifts in many ways), I just really wanted someone to actually think of me as somebody who would appreciate such a gift, and the lack of communion/inclusion made it hard to pull the trigger for myself.

I don't have a ton of experience, I waited for so long just to receive a deck 😮💨 I do really like it, it's The Avian Tarot by Brittany Batchelder, but I haven't pulled enough to have had a consistent card. Definitely Swords-heavy so far though, which makes sense as a Gemini in a season of change 😒
