Didn't completely finish the drill (no-bake pumpkin cheesecake still needs to chill several more hours, and garlic knots went out the window), but for a day that was not at all ideally situated, I think we did pretty well ✨

The aesthetics are still a work in progress (didn't leave myself enough time to temper the chocolate, just needed to hold the caramel in), but I'm actually quite happy with the rest.
