I’m thinking a rule change, if a goal gets called back for offsides, but there was a penalty pending, the goal comes off the board, but the penalty is enforced. Almost like getting punished twice. NHL has to start calling offsides when they happen. Call the close ones. The replay is painful

Will won that one tonight for the leafs. Oilers all over the leafs for the last two periods. Puck luck on the Leafs side tonight in a game that should have started at 8pm. Never like the 5pm starts, throws off the preparation. Why play on eastern time at home?

#LetsGoOilers vs Red Wings coming up! Let’s hope it is a bit of a tighter defensive effort tonight. Last game got into a run and gun style, which I’m sure Knoblauch didn’t like too much. Looking forward to see what Klingberg can bring on Sat Night too!

#LetsGoOilers up to third overall in the NHL. Little sloppy last night bs the Kracken, but a rare empty net goal put the game out of reach for Seattle. Ekholm continues to provide stability and some scoring. Huge addition that continues to pay dividends for us. Good to see McDavid back!
