Dies ist meine Liebsten der Weihnachtsbaum, so viel an diesem ort davon erbaulich zu reden gewest, wie er von den Evangelisten dargestellen worden, den wir den künftigen Feiertag über zu betrachten, dessen wir uns zu freuen, damit die Kinder zu verehren. Under andern Lappalien damit man die alte Weihnachtszeit oft mehr als mit Gotteswort und heiligen Übungen zu bringt, ist auch der Weihnachtsbaum oder Tannenbaum, den man zu Haus aufrichtet, denselben mit Puppen und Zucker behängt und ihn hernach schütteln und abblümen lasst, wo die Gewohnheit herkommen, weiß ich nicht, ein Kinderspiel, doch besser als andere Phantasien, ja Abgötterei so man mit dem Christkindel pflegt zu treiben und also des Satans Kappel neben die Kirch bauet den Kindern eine solche opinion beibringt, dass sie ihre inniglichen Kindergebetlein für dem vermummten und vermeinten Christkindlein fast abgöttisch weiß ablegen viel besser wäre es, man weisete sie auf den geistlichen cederbaum Christum Jesum

Es wird noch besser - Mitglieder der Fachjury für den Antisemitismusfonds, die von der Kulturverwaltung ernannt wurden, waren "zu woke" und wurden mit CDU-kompatiblen Ernennungen ersetzt.

This is unfortunately maybe the most common kind of argument I get dragged into with people who call themselves pro-Israel but also pro-peace. Yes they support peace, two states, justice, etcetera, but please do not ever talk about any tangible actions which would bring us closer to these goals!

The motte and bailey this guy and thousands of other pro Israel pundits do on this is really quite pernicious. They talk about supporting two states and Palestinian freedom in the abstract and then call you an antisemite if you suggest that a settler who kills a Palestinian should be jailed.
