Term limits. Everything else will be seen as a power grab, and Americans will object. And packing/expanding the court is not a permanent solution, because the GOP will do it right back.

18 year term limits means two justices per term, and prevents either party from packing the court for decades.

NYT reports that Letitia James’s great niece lives in the home that is the subject of the indictment.

The niece reportedly testified before a *different* grand jury, telling them that she had lived there for many years without paying rent. James visits regularly.
