bought the new Starseer's Ruin book for age of sigmar because i was excited to see stuff from the seraphon perspective. first chapter is entirely dedicated to a stormcast eternal character doing the typical SCE thing of melodramatically recounting his lives and deaths.

playing 5e again because i got invited, and its one of the very few systems (that i know of) where you can play a pantheistic cleric without bending the rules. anyway, they're a pantheist for the pathfinder 1e pantheon, and their goal is to just get people to worship any of them, doesn't matter who

absolutely mind boggling that my local library doesn't have the lord of the rings books on audiobook, at least not on libby. i understand they have to chase trends to keep numbers up to "justify" their existence to governments that hate them, but come on.

found a copy of the age of sigmar 3rd edition dominion box set for 130 dollars online. i already have the stormcast half so the heroes would be wasted plastic, and obviously the books are out of date cause i like 4e but its still very tempting...

repairing my sink yesterday was apparently a uniquely taxing neck workout. my back hurt the day of the sink repair but i can barely raise my head today my neck is so sore.

More wardog wips. I gotta figure out a way to remove the nibs inside the shoulder socket and add more magnets for better arm posability. I'm liking the colors though, and I'm toying with the idea of leaving the details more abstracted compared to my usual attempts to paint every nook and cranny
