Hmmm, maybe, sometimes I have to shop around with a soundtrack. (Although quite frankly, for Jesus Christ Superstar, it seems like the only Peter they've ever cast who could sing was the Hollywood Bowl performance.)

Lol you're so valid, I honestly wish everyone the best and so much fun, I just have an arbitrary loathing of the two most popular songs. Couldn't even describe why. I'm sure it's a fantastic musical and that the movie is good, I'm just picky in indescribable ways

I don't even have a good way of describing why, my taste is completely arbitrary and says nothing about the quality of a given piece of media. "One Night in Bangkok" is one of my favorite songs from a musical and I already prefer the version from the revival over the original, for example.
