I am still not sure I like or dislike the the effect the swing lens has on lights.
The wider its open the more flaring it creates. Here it is at f5.6-f8 at 2.8 it can be quite overpowering in the image.

I think my favourite church-I-saw-for-the-first-time in 2025 was Waltham Abbey Church. It's an early example of the Norman style, which is one of the few good things the Normans brought to Britain.

*Ireland was colonised in the 12th C & experienced constant ethnic-cleansing, constant war & attempts to wipe out Gaelic culture & traditions. In the 17th C, alone, some 40% of the population was wiped out due to British wars. That Ryan repeated the process is also another part of colonialism.
