We're currently up in Breckenridge, CO, and made this incredible Spicy Italian Chicken and Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner. This recipe was inspired by ChatGPT, but of course we tweaked it. We also included so me recommendations for cooks up in the higher elevations.

We're currently up in Breckenridge, CO, and made this incredible Spicy Italian Chicken and Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner. It all started when we found a great deal on frozen Tyson Boneless Skinless Diced Chicken Breasts. We also found some new potatoes on sale, so we bought a bunch. When we got home, we started searching for recipes that would use both of them.

Ok, I told ChatGPT that we bought a big bag of frozen chicken breasts and golden potatoes and asked for suggestions on what we can make.

She came up with Spicy Roasted Chicken and Potatoes.

It was really good and I'll make it again.
